Having extensive experiences in television and documentary production, photography and other visual projects, Izumi launched Sunnyside Media LLC in 2007 to integrate 20 years of her experiences, knowledge, skills, talent and network of professionals.
Sunnyside Media LLC provides services in photography, graphic and web designs, and other visual and audio visual projects. With her network of creative professionals we can bring visual elegance and continuity for small businesses and other creative professionals. In addition, being fluent in Japanese and English, and conversational in Spanish, she brings additional language and cultural expertise in creative as well as business endeavors.
Sunnyside Pictures (dba) is a part of Sunnyside Media LLC to produce and provide support for documentary productions. Her first independent documentary film, Pushin’ Forward, is now distributed via a distributor, Fanlight Productions. Izumi’s other credits include PBS documentary, Sugihara: Conspiracy of Kindness, PBS documentary series, Japan: Memoirs of a Secret Empire, and theatrical documentary, Nanking.
