I have worked in television documentary programs since 1987. In 1996, I was responsible for the coverage of Atlanta Paralympics titled, “Another Atlanta,” for one of Japanese networks, TV Asahi. “Another Atlanta” was the only coverage of the event in Japan and introduced the disabled sports to the prime hour audience for the first time and led to national coverage by all networks during the following Paralympics. Recently, I was associate producer for a PBS documentary series, “Japan: Memoirs of a Secret Empire,” and for a feature documentary, “Nanking” to be released early 2007. Most importantly, I produced and directed my own documentary, "Pushin’ Forward".
